Home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either standard Australia Post and Toll Couriers. If you need to order a heavy item and need a delivery to areas other than metro area, you need to contact our friendly customer service team members prior to order. However, Heavy and oversized items are delivered limited to metro areas only.
If there's no safe place, we'll leave a card as we normally would - and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office for your customer to pick up and sign for. Where possible, we’ll also take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely. But if recipients are not at home, and a safe place for the parcel is available, we'll leave it there so it's ready and waiting for them.
